Who operates Wakehold
Wakehold is operated by MTECH CORPORATION (“MTECH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Wakehold is a multi-tenant control plane for agent fleet operations. MTECH affiliation appears in legal and footer copy only.
Information we may receive
Depending on how you interact with us, this may include contact details you choose to provide, account and workspace information, token balance and usage metadata, service configuration, operational events, and technical information such as browser or device data. We aim to collect only what is needed to provide, secure, bill, and improve the service.
How we use information
We may use information to respond to requests, provide and support Wakehold, manage token purchases and balances, maintain security, understand service performance, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Token purchases and Paddle
Online purchases of Wakehold Tokens may be processed by Paddle, which may act as Merchant of Record. Paddle may process payment and transaction information under its own terms and privacy notice. MTECH may receive order, entitlement, and support-related details needed to credit tokens and assist customers.
Service providers
We may use carefully selected service providers to operate parts of the service (hosting, email, analytics where enabled, and payment processing via Paddle). Providers are expected to process information only as needed to perform their services.
Retention and choices
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. Token purchase and balance records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and customer support. You may contact us to ask about your information or request assistance with an applicable privacy right.
